Ferrite material for high frequency power supply

In the field of in-vehicle electrical equipment, light weight, miniaturization, and high efficiency are essential. Along with the development of GaN semiconductor devices in recent years, the development of power supplies capable of high-frequency drive in the MHz band is progressing toward further miniaturization and higher efficiency of power supplies. On the other hand, high-frequency low-loss materials are also required for the magnetic core materials used. We have proceeded with the development of the new “DTT-F4” and started mass production.

DTT-F2 Mn-Zn Soft Ferrite Material feature low core loss at a 500kHz to 1MHz frequency range. This Soft Ferrite Material provide 1500µ’ permeability at +25℃ and 500mT (+25℃) or 400mT (+100℃) saturation magnetic flux density at 1194A/m. DTT-F2 is designed for use in transformers and inductors for automotive applications.

DTT-F4 Mn-Zn Soft Ferrite Material feature low core loss at a 1MHz to 3MHz frequency range. This Soft Ferrite Material provide 900µ’ initial permeability at +25℃ and 520mT (+25℃) or 450mT (+100℃) saturation magnetic flux density at 1194A/m. DTT-F4 is designed for use in transformers and inductors for automotive applications.
